Road Signs Mean Something Totally Different in the South

Road signs mean something totally different in the South. Who knew that those signs we all see when heading down the highway were up for interpretation, especially when it comes to one part of the country? Watch the short and hysterical clip to see what one driver in the southern United States thinks these road signs mean. Driving, as its often described, is a privilege and not a right granted through any of our countrys founding documents. So, like any other privilege, driving comes with responsibilities and obligations. These must be followed and adhered to in order to keep this privilege. More commonly, these are referred to as following the rules of the road. Now, as any experienced driver knows and will tell you, understanding and following road signs and other warnings is a definite rule of the road. Failure to do so could land you in legal trouble and possibly result in a hefty fine. A good majority of the road signs we see every day are self-explanatory. There is no way anyone could interpret those signs any other way than what is explicitly written on them. Apparently, that is not always the case. A clip posted on YouTube hilariously shows what those road signs mean to some drivers in the South. For every sign that is shown, the individual representing the rest of America completely understands and acknowledges what the sign says and means. They have no issue with the sign. However, that is not the case for the individual who stands in for drivers in the South. He has a complaint and a hypothetical situation for every sign, even for the stop sign, when it does not and should not apply. Apparently, the video argues that whenever one embarks on a road trip into the South, they are putting their lives at risk. Some are likely to argue with this conclusion, and others - especially those who live in the South - may object to this statement, or they might wholeheartedly agree with what the hysterical clip says about southern drivers. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

You’ll Be Cracking Up at This Comedian’s Stay at a 5-Star Hotel

Youll be cracking up at this comedians stay at a 5-star hotel. The funnyman shared his hilarious experiences from his time at an expensive, luxurious and highly rated accommodation. Watch the short but hysterical clip to listen to Chad Thornsberry discuss his time at a hotel in downtown Chicago. Who doesnt love traveling? Is there anything better than getting outside and seeing all that the world has to offer? There is so much more that exists beyond what we see and experience in our day-to-day lives. Yes, we should be grateful for what weve been given, but sometimes its fun to go out and see new places, have new experiences. Now, whenever traveling, regardless of our ultimate destination, well have to find some place to lay our heads at night. While Airbnbs has become extremely popular as of late, some people still prefer the comfort and somewhat familiarity of a hotel. In a clip posted on YouTube, Chad discussed the time he stayed at a rather pricey establishment in downtown Chicago. It was a bit of culture shock for him, as hes not used to staying in such expensive spots. As he mentioned in the opening moments, his stay was part of a work trip and paid for by the company. His time at the hotel in the Windy City got off on a rocky and hilarious start even before he entered the building. As Im staring, the door to my truck opens, he said. As Im turning, out of the corner of my eye, I see somebody start to get in, and so just out of a reaction, I just turn and shove this guy. And he just kind of stumbles backwards, and Im like, Dude, what are you doing? He said, Sir, Im your valet. But in my defense, I dont drive the type of vehicle that you typically valet. Later, after finally getting into the hotel, he has a brief but hilarious encounter with the person behind the desk, who helps him check in. But that wasnt all. Several hours later, he received a phone call from the hotel asking him how the room was and if everything was OK. This courtesy call had Chad more than a little confused. Grandparents Pronouncing Things Wrong Will Never Not Be Funny

Grandparents pronouncing things wrong will never not be funny. A lot of times, when this happens, it has to do with internet terms and similar, associated lingo. Other times, it has nothing to do with the internet, and they still say something completely wrong. Watch the short but hysterical clip about elderly people saying things incorrectly. Lets be completely clear: we all make mistakes. Were human beings, and that means we all have imperfections and flaws. No one on this Earth is perfect; far from it, in fact. But that doesnt mean we cannot or should not laugh at ourselves and our mistakes. Instead, we should be able to laugh at ourselves and not take ourselves too seriously. So, with that being said, one of the funniest things is when people mispronounce words. Hopefully, after weve composed ourselves, we then, with much love and care, offer up the correct pronunciation for that particular word. Theres no need to be cruel about it. They may generally have no idea how to say this or that. Often, youll find that older people frequently say things wrong, especially if it has to do with the internet and technology. We have all been there before, and weve probably had to conceal our laughter, too. A clip posted on YouTube captures a grandmother saying words incorrectly. She manages to get about half of it right, and then the other part, not so much. Can someone help me put these pictures of my cruise on the Facetube? the grandmother asks, looking around. That may actually be what someones grandparent calls Facebook, a combination of Facebook and YouTube. Oh, there you are, she says next. Can you stop playing that Pokemans game and help unload the car? She was so close to getting that one correct, but still came up short. There are several other instances in the video of erroneous word pronunciation that will have you cracking up.Psalm 71:9 Do not give me up when I am old; be my help even when my strength is gone.

What Happens When Southerners Experience Cold Weather

This is what happens when southerners experience cold weather. Not really familiar with that kind of weather, a hilarious clip shows they tend to react with more than a little bit of panic and confusion. Watch the short but hysterical video to see how individuals in the South are likely to respond when the temperature drops below what they are used to and like. Weather is a topic people talk about when they're trying to make small talk or when they have nothing else to talk about. While discussing the weather is a surefire sign that a conversation has run its course, it still dictates much of what we do, when and where. Its something that impacts everyone nearly every day of their lives in one way or another. Even though some people might say predicting the weather is a fools errand, there are regions of the country with somewhat predictable weather patterns. The Northeast and the Midwest have hot summers and cold winters. Many areas considered the western part of the United States have pretty mild, perfect year-round temperatures not too hot or too cold, just right (San Diego, California, anyone?). However, those in the South have heat and humidity most of the year. They become used to those weather conditions and can handle the heat and humidity better than someone from Ohio or New Hampshire. But what happens when the South experiences cold weather? A clip posted on YouTube, in a hilarious documentary style, captured several southerners as they experienced temperatures below their norm. Of course, their actions are exaggerated for comedic purposes, but by how much? If freezing temperatures are not what youre used to, how would you respond? Would you be prepared for something that only happens maybe once or twice a year? Either way, this clip is absolutely hysterical, and itll be one that youll find yourself laughing to long after it ends. Buddy the Elf Spotted at Chicago Midway Airport During the Holidays

A few days before Christmas, my husband and I were traveling through the airport on our way to Florida when something magical happened. I was feeling anxious about flying after a long year, when suddenly Buddy the Elf and Jovie appeared out of nowhere. At first we thought it was just airport noise, until we turned around and realized they were fully in character and spreading Christmas cheer. They were gone in less than a minute, but they instantly lifted my spirits and turned a stressful travel day into pure holiday magic. Credit: VIVDbeautybar

Nate Bargatze Shares His Hilarious Problem-Solving Attempt at the Airport

Nate Bargatze shared his hilarious attempt at problem-solving at the airport. The popular funnyman offered assistance when a seemingly minor issue became an overwhelming problem at the airport. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear what happened to him at the airport and how he tried to help fix the issue. Flying is rarely, if ever, a fun time. Yes, its likely the fastest and most efficient form of transportation, especially when you need to get to a destination quickly. However, if someone were ever to develop another form of travel that was just as or almost as efficient as flying, it would soon put the airline industry out of business. Air travel, for the most part, is a big hassle and headache. The TSA is constantly changing its safety regulations and procedures, and they can and do often vary from one airport to the next. Do I need to take my shoes off? Do I need to take my belt off? Can my electronics be left in the bag or do they need to be taken out and placed in their own, separate bin? It's just one headache after another when flying. Nate is well aware of the frustrations of air travel. In a clip posted on YouTube, he mentioned a very minor situation that airport security made a huge deal about. Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill. Once I was checking a bag, and the guy behind the counter sees my ticket says, Nathan, he said. The license says, Nathaniel, and he was, like, This is not good. He goes, These names dont match. Nate tried to help with the dilemma. And I was, like, But they match, right? Like, you can see the leap we took to get from one to the other? he said. Later in the clip, Nate tried once again to help the man who was confused about the three different names. I said, Look, Ill give you that those names dont match, he said. But what I think is going to help a ton is the picture on the ID. Something that Ive always loved that they did, and I think, with 70 percent of that name matching, and 100 percent face, its 170 percent. I think Ill get through. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Zoltan Kaszas Shares His Hilarious Adventures in the Sky

Zoltan Kaszas shared his hilarious adventures in the sky. The funnyman mentioned some of the strange things he has encountered while traveling the friendly skies. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear about his laugh-out-loud air travel experiences. Everyone loves getting away and going on vacation. Honestly, who doesn't want to go on vacation? Anyone? Typically, those seeking a week or so of rest and relaxation will select a warm location, perhaps one with a beach near the ocean. What could possibly be better than time away from work and some fun in the sun with family and friends? While that does sound heavenly and utterly delightful, not every moment of vacation is free of stress, worry and headaches. Of course, before enjoying the beach or whatever location youve decided upon for vacation, one must get to that spot. Usually, that means flying, which is hardly, if ever, a fun, enjoyable time. Going through security and getting on the plane is only half the fun (heavy sarcasm), but that is before the actual flight, which can also be pretty eventful. In a clip posted on YouTube, Zoltan shared some of what he has seen and gone through while flying. Not only is what he shares incredibly funny, but its also very relatable. He mentioned what happened when he flew with a friend who did the Sign of the Cross before takeoff. He asked his friend whether that was for everyone on the plane or just him, because that could make for an awkward situation if disaster were to strike. Im like, When youre doing it, are you praying for everybody? he asked. He goes, Of course. I go, You better be. Cause thatd be weird, wouldnt it? This plane goes down and everybodys dead and on fire in a cornfield, except for you just sitting there: Oh, I should have prayed for everybody. I made a giant mistake. Theres going to be a lot of questions when the authorities arrive. Later in the clip, he discussed the person who is deadset and determined to read on the flight, even when turbulence makes that somewhat challenging. Proverbs 17:22 A glad heart makes a healthy body, but a crushed spirit makes the bones dry.

Laser Kitty Tooth Pull

Jacob, the 7 year old with the loose tooth, was complaining that the tooth was being stubborn, and wasn’t coming out. Jacob didn’t like the idea of twisting it around and around. So mommy and daddy pitched the idea of Pumpkee, the orange kitty, helping the Tooth Fairy out. Little Pumpkee was to perform a speedy kitty dash chasing the red laser dot to pluck the tooth out. It was a fun and exciting alternative to other scarier methods. Mommy, who is also a dental hygienist, tied a little string around the tooth, and around kitty’s waist. Daddy set Pumpkee down and pointed the laser across the carpet and he sped off! The tooth painlessly popped out and flew across the room! Credit: Brandon Beck
